The Falcons Wings Boys Program is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of UAE leaders. Through structured, scout-inspired activities, we develop essential life skills in young Emirati men, including leadership, teamwork, and resilience. The Falcons Wings Boys Program provides a structured learning environment designed to equip young participants with essential life skills. The program employs command tasks and hands-on activities to develop proficiency in key areas, including:

Leadership Development

Our program includes basic military drill exercises designed to instill discipline and precision, effectively preparing young men for future roles in structured environments. Through these varied and dynamic activities, participants develop the confidence and resilience necessary to thrive in any challenging environment.

The program culminates in "Moving Star," an immersive overnight experience where participants apply their newly developed skills in a challenging, real-world scenario. This capstone event integrates all aspects of the program, fostering both camaraderie and personal growth.
